School Lunch
WE ARE A NUT-FREE SCHOOL - PLEASE RESPECT THIS FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CHILDREN AND STAFF, A NUMBER OF WHOM HAVE SEVERE ALLERGIES.
School meals are provided for our children by Kirklees School Meals Service. Alternatively, children can bring a healthy packed lunch to school and a very small number of our pupils go home for their lunch. For further information on how to pay for school dinners please click the ParentPay tab on our website.
- We serve a two course meal at a set price. From September 2024 the price will be £2.75 per day, £13.75 per week.
- School meals are freshly prepared, on the school site, using high quality, locally sourced food.
If your child has a special dietary requirement or has an allergy to any food items, please consult with our office team who will liaise with our SENDCO Miss Drysdale and the school's kitchen supervisor to ensure your child is catered for. Our daily menus cater for both vegetarians and Halal.
Kirklees Catering offer a selection of suggested themed lunches to all primary schools. Theme subjects are chosen around the curriculum and culture, such as the Chinese New Year and during these events a special menu is designed which is fun and encourages the children to try new foods not normally on the menu.

Our school dinner menu runs on a two-weekly cycle and the menus are below. Children choose one coloured band for the meal of their choice.
